On 31- 01-2025, Textile Technology department students along with faculty members visited  “Sri Nachammai Cotton Mills”, Chettinad. During this visit, the students learnt about the yarn Manufacturing process, like mixing, blow room, carding, sliver lap, ribbon lap, comber, drawing, simplex, ring frame, cone winding and doubling.

Students were actively involved in learning the process sequence of yarn manufacturing and maintenance details of the spinning process.
