The college building situated in 78.86 Acres of land consists of 19 blocks with 12181 Sq.M. The college was well connected by road in the Karaikudi to Trichy state highway and connected with the railway line with a nearby Chettinad railway station. Two buses were also operated for the benefit of students. RO water plant with the capacity of 500 Litres/Hour in the College building and RO water plant with 250 Litres/Hour in the Hostel were installed.

The college is well equipped with Machinery and equipments for the latest syllabus prescribed by the Directorate of Technical Education.

Computer centre is available in ecah department with 220 Desktop computers installed with the softwares required for the Engineering subjects.

The institution has been selected for replication of Canada India Institutional Cooperation project initiatives. The Entrepreneurship & Management Development Cell and Unnat Bharat Abhiyan schemes sponsored by the AICTE were implemented in the institute.

The library is equipped with 20832 books and 3132 E-Books. 10 PCs are awailable in the library to access the E-Books and to access the online National Digital Library.
