The Kumbhabhishekam of the newly constructed Sri Karpaga Vinayagar Temple was performed.

The rituals for the Kumbabishekam, such as yagasala, began on February 5th with the Ganapathy Pooja.
The event was attended by staff, students, and members of the general public.

Mrs. Geetha Muthiah, Governing Council Member, presided over the function.

To commemorate the Kumbabishekam function, Shri. M.A.M.R.Muthiah, Chairman, Governing Council of Annamalai Polytechnic College, planted two tree saplings in the temple grounds.
